CLNR acts as an intermediary between customers and cleaning professionals. All service outcomes are dependent on property condition, accuracy of booking details, and access provided at the time of service.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided at booking is accurate and complete. CLNR reserves the right to adjust, reschedule, or cancel services where necessary operational conditions are not met or where the service cannot reasonably be completed as booked.

CLNR and its contractors accept no liability for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings unless directly caused by proven negligence during the service. Customers are strongly advised to secure valuables and personal items prior to any appointment.

By booking a service with CLNR, you acknowledge and agree to the Terms & Service Policy, including all limitations of liability, booking conditions, and service scope outlined therein.
